We develop a wide variety of selection procedures to screen
applicants for employment. These include interviews, cognitive ability
tests, and situational judgment tests. We provide both customized tests
for your specific needs as well as on-line assessments. For customized
tests, we conduct job analysis, develop selection instruments, develop
performance appraisal instruments, and conduct the validation analyses to
assess reliability, validity, and subgroup differences.
All of our tests are developed in a manner consistent with the
Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, the Principles for
the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures, and the
Standards for Educational and Psychological Measurement.
We also train your hiring officials to administer and score the
selection system. The purpose of our training is to ensure that the scoring is
accurate and reliable. We also provide expert witness services if your
selection system is challenged legally. Consequently, we provide services
that span the entire selection system development process from conducting job analysis to providing
training for scorers as well as expert witness testimony.
